Cellect LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Micro-Imaging Solutions LLC based in Denver, Colorado.  Micro-Imaging Solutions LLC (www.micro-imaging.us) has successfully designed and developed prototype imaging endoscopes for the medical device industry and has implemented its strategy of  out-licensing its imaging technology to seven (7) multi-national medical  device manufacturers. These medical device companies vetted our  intellectual property and validated our technology by taking licenses to use our technology for their use in medical imaging (endoscopy).

Cellect  LLC holds very similar imaging patents that  enables imaging/photo capture by cell phones, tablets, automobiles and recreational (point and shoot and video) cameras.
